Please note our dispatch days are: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
All courier orders will be sent out within 4 days of the order being placed (but please don't count weekends ) and paid for unless otherwise stated on the item description or in the case of public holidays or weekends . Please bear in mind we are a small business without our own courier services - we do our very best to ship orders fast but there are often delays.
We charge a flat fee of R99 for our couriers. They are sent via Aramex and you can track your parcel: http://www.picknpay.co.za/aramex-track-trace
If you chose to send via the courier - please ensure that a physical address has been provided and that someone will be available to sign for the delivery which will take place between 08h00 - 17h00 on week days. Courier options can not be sent to Farms or PO Box addresses. Orders are dispatched as soon as reasonably possible - depending on the item ordered. Couriers are delivered only during the week and not over the weekends.
Please make sure you send is proof of payment if you paid via eft. You should receive a confirmation of payment from our system - that way you know we've got the order.
There are occasions where factors outside of our control can delay a parcel, so we ask for your patience if this happens on the odd occurrence. Once your goods are on their way, you will receive the confirmation email with your tracking number.
Our packaging and postage is a flat fee and we post anywhere within South Africa. Should you require international shipping please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org for a personalised quote.
Should your purchase arrive and in the unlikely event that the item is damaged, please contact us on email@example.com. Please consult our 'Returns' Page if your order is damaged.
Should you choose the POST OFFICE option - please note that we are largely not in control of these orders - once we hand over to the post office the rest of the journey depends on their service delivery. You can track your parcel by using this url: http://sms.postoffice.co.za/TrackingParcels/ and inserting your tracking number sent with your delivery confirmation. Please remember that post office orders take much longer and are only shipped once per week. There are often delays which are out of our control such as the sending out of notifications etc... you can call the help line of the Post office for more info should you require it. We vouch for our couriers as we can then get more info when required - we battle with the post office. Please allow 2 weeks before you panic.
If you do order via the post office please allow at least two weeks - we only visit the post office weekly. When the parcel is packed you will be sent a tracking number - this number will show tracking once it has been posted. Please note this can take a while as mentioned this option is only sent once weekly and if there are any strikes we hold off so that parcels don't get lost.
